Also on Thurs 14th  there will be a session in Neptune RC led by Niamh Williams of DULBC assisted by Gavin Connolly and Shauna Fitzsimons.

These sessions are aimed at young and novice coxes, their coaches are also welcome. The aim is to pass on some of the skills of the experienced coxes and discuss any issues that come up in Q&A. We plan to develop these programmes further to higher skill levels by bringing groups of coxes together.

We are looking for more adult coxes with experience and ability to deliver a class, direct classroom learning tasks and field a question and answer session. The workshop presentation material has been developed.
