This course is ideal for anyone new to launch driving or for those who have experience and want to improve their knowledge and skills in a launch for either coaching, event umpiring, safety or marshal duties.

All UL based powerboat courses are certified ISA courses, and are recognized within the national coaching frame work.
A minimum for 3 people are required for the course to go ahead. UL run this course continuously, you need to contact them directly to check available dates. The cost per person is €125 payable to UL. It is better to see if you can get on a course with other rowing people as UL will tailor the content to suit our requirements.
