High Performance Opportunity –  HP Operational Manager & Pathway Coordinator – National Rowing Centre


The primary objective of the Rowing Ireland High Performance Program based at the NRC is to achieve sustainable medal winning performances by Ireland at Olympic and World Championships across all the three categories SA, U23 and Jun.

Part of Rowing Ireland Vision is Excellence” and a very important objective is “Evaluate and Improve the pipeline and the Pathway to Rowing Ireland Team”


This position’s primary purpose is to effectively manage the administrative and logistical operations of the High Performance Team and support the development of the Rowing Ireland High Performance Pathway.

ASPIRE Graduate Employment Programme


Rowing Ireland are delighted to have been selected to take part in the 2019 ASPIRE Graduate Employment Programme. We wish to invite applications from suitably qualified persons for this exciting programme.

The successful graduate will get an 11 month Full Time Contract and will work directly for Rowing Ireland.

The Graduate must:

  • Have graduated with a Master’s or Primary Degree in the area of Sport or Physical Activity between January and November 2018.
  • Be currently unemployed i.e. not in current employment.
  • Be available for the 11 month contract duration.
  • Be eligible to work in Ireland on a full-time basis.

Vacancy – High Performance Support and Membership Assistant


Rowing Ireland requires a High Performance Support and Membership Assistant, on a temporary basis under the Community Employment Programme, to work in their offices in the National Rowing Centre, Cork.The role will include supporting the High Performance Director and team on team logistics and travel and supporting the CEO in new club membership and growth strategy.
