Change of Garda Vetting Application – NI Addresses

Re : Garda Vetting Application Form – Northern Ireland Addresses.

There has been a change of policy with immediate effect in respect of Northern Ireland addresses provided by Vetting Subjects on Garda Vetting Application forms.

 

All Northern Ireland addresses on vetting applications must include a Postal Code.  Failure to include the Postal Code will result in the application form being returned unprocessed to the Authorised Signatory from the Garda Central Vetting Unit.

 

Regretfully, a number of Garda Vetting Application Forms on hand at this office with Northern Ireland addresses, will be returned unprocessed to the Authorised Signatories in the coming days.  The Vetting Subject should be requested to include the relevant Postal Code(s) for the Northern Ireland address(es) on the form and the form should be  returned to this office for processing.
