Over 250 Rowers and Coxes have expressed interest in competing at the Home International Trials at Cork Regatta next weekend. The 2023 Home International Regatta will take place this year on the 22nd July at Lough Rinn, Co. Leitrim. Over 35 Senior Women and 50 Senior Men have signed up to trial for the coveted places on the Senior Sweep and Sculling teams. A massive number of 86 Junior Men and 57 Junior Women have also signed up to trial.

This year for the first time in many years we will also have 3 Para athletes racing in PR1 and PR2 1x events to try make Homes Selection. With 14 coxes also looking for the 4 coxing positions available all eyes will be on Cork Regatta next weekend.

All athletes and coaches are asked to check the attached file closely to ensure their name is submitted in the correct event for trialling.

All athletes and coaches are reminded that they MUST enter Cork Regatta in Division 1 1x or Division 1 2- to be eligible to trial.

The Homes team announcement will not me made until after the last HP Junior Trial on July 1st. Any Rowers that are trialling for Coupe/U19/U23 Worlds do not need to trial for Homes at Cork Regatta and may be preselected to go to Homes if not selected for Coupe/U19/U23 Worlds.
