Junior training sessions were held at various locations throughout the country yesterday (Sunday) and all proved to be a great success.
Athletes got lots of productive water work done despite some testing weather conditions at a number of the locations.
A total of 56 juniors (men and women) took part in the planned training day at five locations around the country – NRC, Marina-Cork, Blessington, Belfast, and O’Brien’s Bridge.
Well done to all athletes and clubs involved on the day and a sincere thanks to all the coaches involved in the running of the camps, as well as the clubs that facilitated the day with the loan of equipment and the use of their facilities.
