Rowing Ireland together with Cork Sports Partnership are beginning a number of exciting new rowing programmes in Cork.
These programmes are a fun non-competitive way to get fit and stay in shape in a social way. There will be Beginner level and Level 1 programmes
In the Beginners Level, participants will learn the correct Rowing Ireland standard technique, increase cardiovascular fitness, build strength and get a great full body workout. No prior knowledge of rowing is required for this course and it is open to all abilities.
The New Level 1 programme is designed specifically for those who have completed the Beginner Level course, and have a good understanding of the rowing stroke and technique.
