Rowing Ireland’s AGM will take place on Sunday 31st October in the Conference Centre, Sport Ireland Campus, Abbotstown, Dublin 15.
As we are holding a hybrid AGM due to the ongoing COVID 19 pandemic, there will be two ways to attend the AGM, physically and virtually.
Physical Attendance
The AGM can be attended by any individual in person by filling out the form below.
Please note that if you are attending physically you will have to adhere to the HSE, Sport Ireland and Rowing Ireland guidelines in relation to COVID 19.
All attendees will be required to wear a mask throughout the AGM and in the surrounding areas. The exception to this will be when consuming food and beverages.
Proof of vaccinations will need to be shown when entering the Conference Centre on Sunday.
Anyone not adhering to the guidelines will be asked to leave.
Virtual Attendance (Club Voting Representative)
A club official can attend and participate in the AGM virtually.
Only nominated representatives from an affiliated club will be permitted to attend virtually, this is to assist with the administration and recording of the AGM.
Registrations to attend will close on Friday 29th October at 5 pm.
