With the New Year now well and truly underway it is time to think about how your club can plan and be prepared to succeed in 2015! Does your club need to refresh their business plan, plan their finances or make use of more effective marketing strategies? No need to worry, we are here to help! We have a range of seminars scheduled over the next number of months from organisation structures to cash flow and budgeting. Our seminars, which will give you practical information, exercises and guidance, are a great opportunity to network and share ideas with other local sports clubs and are a great way to kick start the new year!

|16/02/15||Cashflow and Budgeting||Mossley Mill, NEWTOWNABBEY||Cash is king when it comes to financing sports clubs. Club leaders must understand where they generate cash and where it is spent to be able to make informed decisions about their club and to plan for the future.||7-9pm|
|04/03/15||Financial Policies and Procedures||Ardmore Recreation Centre, ARMAGH||Club leaders must be satisfied that their club has procedures to guard against fraud and ensure that safeguards are in place using robust procedures and controls over all areas of finance.
