With clubs and gyms closed nationwide we have opened up our Rowkyo map to allow people to upload and track their workouts from home.

We are delighted with the responses we have received so far and look forward to seeing the pictures and videos you share!

It is essential to stay active over the next couple of weeks and ensure that we are practising social distancing as well.

You can now upload the KMs covered by

  • Indoor Erg
  • Indoor Bike

Your KMs will be logged on our interactive map as we make our way from the National Rowing Centre in Cork to Tokyo.

Home Workouts with Kenny McDonald

We know that the majority of our members will have plans from their coaches and clubs to follow.

However, for our other members that are not fortunate with a training plan, Rowing Ireland has teamed up with Kenny McDonald, Kenny will provide workouts that you will be able to do from the comfort of your own home.
