It gives us great pleasure to announce that the 1k Classic is now scheduled to take place on July 1st, 2023, at the National Rowing Centre. We would like to thank the organising committee, who have generously volunteered their time to make this exceptional event possible for our Juniors and Masters categories this year.
Moreover, some of the committee members are also contributing their time to the Championships event taking place on July 14th-16th. Enniskillen Boat Club has kindly offered their assistance to support the smooth operation of this event on our calendar. To ensure that both events and the Home Internationals that we are hosting also this year will run seamlessly. The Rowing Ireland team will also provide support for all three events.
We eagerly anticipate continuing the weekend’s celebrations and encourage clubs to participate in an exciting junior and masters weekend on that Sunday at the esteemed Fermoy 500m regatta on July 2nd, 2023.
