It is with profound sorrow and a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Chris Carpenter. Chris, husband of our CEO Michelle Carpenter, and beloved father of Sorcha, Saul, Cuan and Luc will be greatly missed by his father David, family, friends and those who were lucky to have the pleasure of working with him.
Over the last number of years Chris dedicated a large portion of his free time to support Rowing Ireland with his website development and graphic design skills. He was an extremely hard worker who had a keen eye for the finer details. His spirited character and creative talent will be a huge loss to Rowing Ireland.
Funeral arrangements will be announced shortly. We send our thoughts to Michelle, Sorcha, Saul, Cuan, Luc, Chris’s father David, and the Carpenter family during this time.
