Temperatures reached for the high twenties as the 2021 World Rowing Coastal Championships began in Lisbon, Portugal on Thursday morning.
Weather proved testing throughout the day, with a strong breeze creating choppy conditions on the water in the afternoon, despite the high temperatures. four races took place with 13 Irish crews taking part. Full results follow below.
