Rowing Ireland are happy to announce that the following two people have taken up the positions as Chair of their respective Coastal Committees:
Rob Dunne – Coastal Scull Chair
Ger McLean – Coastal Sweep Chair
We would like to thank all those who put forward nominations for these positions and for those unsuccessful we hope they will consider putting their name forward to join the relevant committees.
With a Chair in place for both committees, we are now seeking nominations to join the Coastal Sweep and Scull Committees. We need to have 6 members join the Chair on the committee.
Clubs are invited to submit nominations by email to events@rowingireland.ie. Nominations will close on Monday, 13 July at 5.00pm.
Also, please note, there is a provisional Coastal EDM set for Tuesday 28th July which will be used to vote on nominations if the amount received exceeds the amount needed. If we do not receive more nominations, then this EDM will not proceed. More info on time and details of the EDM will follow.
