Please find attached the updated invitation list for the upcoming April trial taking place in the NRC from 21st-23rd.
Please note that invitations are based on several factors, previous water trials, and physiological results from the various erg tests, including the most recent 2k and 6k erg tests.
As indicated on the list attached, athletes who could not submit recent 2k testing due to injury or illness are asked to submit a 2k by Tuesday 18th of April. Scores must be submitted to michael.orourke@rowinngireland.ie by club coaches indicating the name of the athlete and club with a picture of the erg screen.
Provisional plan
- Friday – arrival, rigging. The lake will be open for a pre-paddle from 4-6pm
- Saturday – AM 2k, PM 2K
- Sunday – AM 2k, PM 2K
Notes
- Clubs are asked to support their rowers by providing an adequate amount of doubles/pairs and fours/quad.
