Reminder to all clubs and triallists that round 3 of PPT Erg monitoring must be submitted by 5pm on 1st April.

Testing may be completed at any time however, results must be emailed to BSHP@rowingireland.ie by the deadline. Please ensure the attached excel document is used to record and submit all relevant scores.

Please note the following eligibility criteria for progression to the Open Trial

  • All athletes looking to trial, including those who completed PPT1 or PPT2 must complete PPT3
  • Athletes who did not complete PPT1 may still progress, provided PPT2 and PPT3 results are submitted.

Only athletes who have submitted valid erg monitoring will be considered for invitation to the Lough Rynn Open trial in early April.

Any athlete unable to complete the PPT3 Erg Monitoring must submit a relevant certificate to BSHP@rowingireland.ie.
