- Entries submitted via club social media accounts (not personal accounts)

Entries Closed: 11.59pm Wednesday 4th March 2026
Winners Announced: Friday 6th of March. Winners video will be highlighted on Rowing Ireland’s page during Women In Sport Week.

- Create your video or photo post. Up to 3 posts can be considered as one entry by the club. Post your entry at any time before the deadline date.
- Use the official hashtags #WomeninSportIRE and #SameEnergy and tag @RowingIreland and @SportIreland
Scoring System:
1.Diversity of representation (40 points)
Judged across all submitted posts:
- Range of ages (juniors, seniors, masters)
- Range of roles (not just athletes)
- Inclusion of under-represented groups
(e.g. beginners, adaptive rowing, recreational, different volunteers and community members)
Max points awarded to clubs showing breadth, not repetition of the same group.
- Storytelling & authenticity (30 points)
- Clear, meaningful captions
- Personal voices (quotes, short stories, reflections)
- Focus on women’s experience and value in sport, not just results
Phone footage and simple photos score just as well as professional content.
3. Creativity (30 points)
