On January 17th our Club Culture Toolkit will be launched and available to download on the Rowing Ireland website. An introductory information session will be available to all clubs that evening Tuesday the 17th at 7.00pm-8.00pm.
The club culture toolkit has been designed through research funded by Healthy Ireland and Sport Ireland with exceptional engagement in the research from Rowing Ireland’s membership in all category types of membership.
The workshop will introduce the toolkit and outline the rollout of a series of supports available to all clubs throughout 2023 in implementation and use of the toolkit.
Please ensure you have attendance from 1 member of your committee so you don’t miss out on this invaluable opportunity to grow and improve your club in 2023 and beyond.
