We are delighted to announce that Cathal Lawlor of Cumann Rámhaíocht Coláiste na Coiribe is Decembers Volunteer of the Month!
Cathal is the senior men’s coach of CRCC, with CRCC being a small club Cathal’s input is vital for the success and running of the mens team. Cathal organises training, crews for competition and provides advice on diet, strength and conditioning.
Cathal is a patient and supportive mentor who gives of his limited free time to help CRCC reach their potential while he juggles his busy college life.
