Following comprehensive consultations with many stakeholders, including club members, board members, staff, and key figures in the rowing community, we have crafted a draft strategy that aims to propel Rowing Ireland to new heights.
This draft strategic plan has been meticulously put together with the expertise of the renowned sports strategy consultant Brian MacNeice from Teneo. His insights and experience have been invaluable in shaping a vision that aligns with our collective goals and aspirations.
We would like to invite you to attend a virtual presentation of the draft strategic plan.
