Introduced in 2021, the iROW safe online incident/accident reporting system is the official method for reporting all types of incidents involving Rowing Ireland affiliated clubs.
This document records the results of 117 reports received from 29 affiliated clubs between January 2021 up to and including February 2023.
When the iROW safe incident reporting system was introduced, it was publicized that in an effort to promote the new system, the club with the highest number of reports made on the system would be awarded a safety launch-safety bag. Congratulations to Lee Rowing Club for submitting 22 reports into the iRow safe reporting system and winning the safety launch-safety bag.
Well done to the Safety Advisory Committee for conducting this very important research and don’t forget SEE IT, REPORT IT, IMPROVE IT!
