Nathan Timoney
Nathan was part of the Senior Fermanagh Hurling team before concentrating on rowing. When not training full-time, he studies business management at Queen’s University Belfast. Nathan won his first Irish international medal in a BM4- at the U23 World Championships after finishing 3rd in 2022. In 2023, he again raced in the M4- at the European Senior Championships. However it was in the M2- where Nathan, alongside his pair partner Ross Corrigan, had a breakthrough performance in the 2023 World Championships, clinching bronze in the event and qualifying for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games
