The November HP Time Trial will take place in the National Rowing Centre on Saturday 23th and Sunday 24th of this month. This trial is open for entries for those who wish to be considered for World Championship, Coupe and Homes teams.
IMPORTANT UPDATE: Erg monitoring will not be carried out this month but must be completed in December. Please send scores in by 7pm December 22nd following the format below:
- 100m + 500m at open rate on the morning of Day 1. A 20-minute break should be taken between 100m and 500m. Time to be recorded.
- 6k (3k for adaptive) at open rate on the afternoon of Day 1. Time to be recorded.
- 30 minutes at Rate 20 on the afternoon of Day 2. Meters to be recorded.
Coaches are asked to enter their athletes by 7pm Friday 8th of November for the Time Trial by emailing clara.obrien@rowingireland.ie indicating their category for the 2023 season (Senior, U23, U19 and Adaptive) and the boat class (1x or 2-) to be entered. Once entries are in, we will publish start times and a start list for those entered.

All athletes and their clubs are required to be affiliated and registered with Rowing Ireland.
