The Home International trial for 2023 has been rescheduled for next Sunday the 2nd of July between 11am-3pm at the National Rowing Centre.

The trial was originally scheduled to be included in Cork Regatta but due to weather conditions this event was cancelled. The Team Manager has taken the decision that the best option at this time is to run the trial the day after the 1k event, this gives athletes and coaches enough time to organise accommodation and camps post the championships.

The format for the trial will be published shortly, but will remain in small boats and the list of invited athletes is attached. Any Senior athlete not selected for U23 Worlds who now wishes to compete at Homes Trial must submit their most recent 2k and an expression of interest to Trial for Homes through their club secretary no later than Tuesday 27th June 5pm .

All athletes still available to trial MUST confirm your availability by email through your club secretary to Strategicbusiness@rowingireland.ie no later than Tuesday 27th of June at 5pm.

Any athletes who are selected at the trial must be available to relocate for training camp before the Home Internationals on the 22nd July.

For the day of the Trial we will require time keeper, launch drivers, stake boaters and umpires. If you are available please send an email to Strategicbusiness@rowingireland.ie
