We’re delighted to announce that registration is now open for Rise & Row, Rowing Ireland’s new indoor rowing programme, commencing in Limerick on Monday, January 12th.
Ideal for beginners and those looking to improve their fitness, Rise & Row is a fun and structured 6-week programme focused on learning rowing technique, building confidence, and developing overall fitness in a welcoming environment.

The cost of the courses are €100.
