Rise & Row – Indoor Rowing Programme
Whether you’re new to rowing or looking to build on your fitness, Rise & Row is all about enjoying the process, improving with every stroke, and connecting with others along the way. You’ll learn the fundamentals of the rowing technique, how to master the erg, and how to make the most of your workouts – all in a friendly, supportive atmosphere.
Looking for a fun, energising way to get fit and meet amazing people? Rowing Ireland is excited to announce a second course of ‘Rise & Row’, a 6-week Indoor Rowing Programme in Galway!
When:
Monday and Wednesday evenings, 7:30–8:30pm, starting Monday, 16th February.

Galway Rowing Club
