Rowing Ireland is looking for an experienced High Performance Director (HPD) to lead its national rowing programme. Based at the National Rowing Centre in Cork, this key role will drive elite performance, athlete development, and coaching excellence at the Olympic, Paralympic, World, and European Championship levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the High Performance Programme to achieve international success.
  • Foster a performance-driven culture that prioritises both success and athlete well-being.
  • Develop elite coaches and athletes, ensuring a strong pathway to top-level competition.
  • Manage budgets and resources, securing funding and aligning with Sport Ireland and Sport NI.
  • Strengthen partnerships with key stakeholders and commercial sponsors.
