Rowing Ireland was delighted to take part in Cork Coaching Month, an initiative led by Cork Sports Partnership in collaboration with a number of National Governing Bodies. Representing Rowing Ireland at the event was Caitlin Daffarn, Safeguarding and National Rowing Centre Coordinator.

The month-long programme aims to empower, educate, and inspire coaches across all levels of sport in Cork. Throughout November, Cork Coaching Month features a wide range of workshops, courses, and webinars designed to support coaches, teachers, students, and clubs.

This initiative celebrates the people who make sport happen and provides valuable opportunities to share knowledge, develop skills, and strengthen connections within the coaching community.

Rowing Ireland is proud to support programmes that promote coach development and collaboration across sports, helping to build a stronger, more confident coaching network in Cork.
