The University of Galway is seeking an expression of interest for the position of head rowing coach.
The University of Galway Boat Club has a strong history of success both domestically and internationally, with students and alumni winning medals at Olympics, World, European and U23 World Rowing Championships.
The Head Coach at the University of Galway is responsible for all rowing matters and works closely with the University Sports Unit and the clubs student committee to deliver the clubs strategy.
Ideally the coach will have a level 2 qualification and have coached rowers to an international level. The University of Galway Sports Unit will provide ongoing CPD for the head rowing coach
