Rowing Ireland is seeking a highly organised and enthusiastic individual to coordinate the delivery and development of the Get Going Get Rowing programme across Leinster.
The Leinster Coordinator will continue the management of our very successful school and community programmes, recruit and support coaches and volunteers, organise events and camps, and maintain and expand strong relationships with schools, rowing clubs and Local Sports Partnerships (LSPs). This is a full-time role with occasional evening and weekend hours required.
The role requires excellent organisational and communication skills, along with a passion for increasing participation in rowing and commitment to delivering high-quality programmes. The successful candidate will be a self-starter capable of working independently and as part of a small team. All candidates must have existing valid permission to live and work in Ireland unrestricted.
