Rowing Ireland is calling on rowing supporters to volunteer for two of the most exciting events in the rowing calendar:
The 1K Classic at Lough Rinn – 28th–29th June.
The Irish Rowing Championships at the National Rowing Centre – 11th–13th July, with volunteer support needed from 9th July onward.
These are flagship events in Irish rowing, and they wouldn’t be possible without the commitment and enthusiasm of our volunteers.
We’re looking for individuals aged 18 and over. While previous rowing experience is a plus, it’s not essential. Skills such as launch driving, timing, or marshalling are highly valued but not required.
What you get in return:
A daily allowance (contact us via email for details).
Breakfast and lunch provided each day.
Accommodation for those traveling from outside Cork (for the Championships) or outside Leitrim (for the 1K Classic).
An official Rowing Ireland T-shirt as a thank-you for being part of the volunteer team.
