Fermoy Regatta

Despite many events set to take place this weekend being cancelled due to poor weather conditions, the annual Fermoy Regatta took place on Sunday in Fermoy, County Cork. Despite blustery conditions, the regatta ran from 8 am to 5pm with over 160 races being let down the 500 meter course throughout the day. The regatta facilitated a wide range of events from Junior 14 all the way up to maters rowings. The event was an excellent opportunity for rowers to get racing experience before the rescheduled 2023 1k Classic set to take place next weekend.
