Role: HP Wellness Co-ordinator
Location: National Rowing Centre, Cork
Full-time

The HP Wellness Co-ordinator will support athlete wellbeing by providing practical culinary and nutritional assistance as well as welfare support during training camps and competitions. This role is a trusted point of contact for athletes and a key contributor to the performance environment through daily fuelling, wellness monitoring, and recovery coordination.

Role: Planning and Governance Lead
Location: Dublin or Cork (Hybrid)
Full-time

This senior leadership role will work directly with the CEO to deliver on Rowing Ireland’s long-term strategic goals. The Planning and Governance Lead will ensure strong financial management, compliance with governance codes, and risk oversight, while also leading operational planning, HR policy coordination, and funding applications.

Role: Indoor Rowing Project Co-ordinator
Location: Hybrid (with regular national travel)
Full-time

Indoor rowing is one of the fastest-growing disciplines in the sport. The Indoor Rowing Project Co-ordinator will lead the development of new programmes and events across gyms, schools, CrossFit and HYROX communities. The role will drive participation, introduce e-rowing initiatives, and position Rowing Ireland as the national centre of excellence for indoor rowing.

Role: NRC and Safeguarding Co-ordinator
Location: National Rowing Centre, Cork
Full-time

This dual-role position ensures the smooth day-to-day operation of the National Rowing Centre and provides vital safeguarding leadership across Rowing Ireland activities. The NRC and Safeguarding Co-ordinator will manage the facility, support administrative processes, and maintain athlete welfare by implementing and overseeing child protection and safeguarding protocols.

Role: Coastal High Performance Co-ordinator
Location: Flexible (travel required)
Part-time

A new position supporting the development and coordination of Ireland’s coastal High Performance programme with a strong focus on Beach Sprints and Olympic pathway alignment ahead of LA 2028. The role includes athlete and coach liaison, camp logistics, talent ID, and supporting Irish participation in international events.
