The prevailing weather forecast indicates a shift from high to low pressure, bringing strong winds with gusts of up to 30 mph opposing the tide. After careful consideration, we have concluded that proceeding with the event would present unacceptable safety risks.
The safety of our competitors, crews, and volunteers remains our highest priority.
