Rowing Ireland has a new set of Introduction to Coaching and Level One Coaching courses taking place across February, March and April.
These courses are ideal for anyone currently helping with junior squads or for those looking to step into a more formal coaching role within their club.
Introduction to Coaching (one day course)
This practical course is the first step for people who want to support coaching in their club, including parents and rowers aged 16 and over. It is also the normal entry point before progressing to Level One Coaching.

Level One Coaching
Level One Coaching is designed for coaches who are actively coaching and want to develop best practice tools for both on water and off water coaching. The course includes a combination of in person and online learning.
