The Draft Strategy, meticulously crafted with the expertise of renowned sports strategy consultant Brian MacNeice from Teneo, aims to set a clear and ambitious direction for the future of Rowing Ireland. Our vision, goals, and strategic initiatives have been designed to meet the needs and aspirations of our entire rowing community.
