Rowing Ireland is inviting expressions of interest from motivated individuals who wish to gain valuable experience within our High Performance Programme through the High Performance Internship Bursary Programme.
This initiative is designed to provide aspiring coaches, current or recently retired athletes, sport science graduates, and individuals with relevant skills and experience the opportunity to contribute to and learn within a world-class high-performance sporting environment.
Successful applicants will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a range of areas within the High Performance Programme, including coaching support, sport science, performance analysis, operations, logistics, athlete support, and programme delivery.
The programme aims to provide meaningful development opportunities for individuals at the beginning of their journey in high-performance sport while supporting the ongoing success of Rowing Ireland’s High Performance Programme.
