Please find the excel sheet attached for the submission of December erg monitoring results as required by the HP selection process.

Testing format:

22 December: Am: 100m followed by 500m (20min rest between)
22 December PM: 6k – open rate and drag
23 December: AM: 30 min test – Open rate and drag

Scores to be submitted to fran.keane@rowingireland.ie by 5 pm 23 December to be included in the official ranking.

No late entries will be accepted. Please follow the correct format as shown.
