Rowing Ireland are looking to recruit a full time Pathway Coordinator. The Rowing Ireland Pathway Coordinator Coach will work as part of the High-Performance Team to effectively maximise the performance outcomes for Rowing Ireland crews across all categories.
The position’s main aims are to provide leadership and coordination to Rowing Ireland Clubs and athletes, in conjunction with the Head Coaches and the High Performance Director in all aspects of Under 19 and Under 23 elite development programs within the Rowing Ireland Performance Framework.
Key components include the coordination and delivery (with key stakeholders) of:
- The Under 19 Program.
- The Under 23 Program, incorporating the Ireland Rowing University based program.
- Progressing emerging talent along the development pathway.
- Athlete identification and development at Under 19 and Under 23 level.
- Coach identification and development at Under 19 and Under 23 level.
