Rowing Ireland are looking for expressions of interest from coaches to be put forward for a number of international events in 2025. Our vision is to support a pathway for those who have an ambition to coach at a high level for Rowing Ireland.
We would like to shortlist a group of coaching candidates for the following events:
Home International Regatta – 26th July – Wales
Coupe de la Jeunesse – 2nd & 3rd August – Austria
U19 World Rowing Championships – 6th to 10th August – Lithuania
U23 World Rowing Championships – 23rd to 27th July – Poland
Selected coaches from this pool of candidates will be announced with the team following final trials. Coaches that wish to be selected must be available to attend upcoming trials and training camps for applicable events. These trials include and are not limited to:
February Trial – 14th to 16th Feb
March Camp – 15th to17th Mar
April Trial – 15th to17th Apr (U23), 22nd to 24th Apr (U19)

These coaching positions are voluntary roles, and the number of coaches selected will be determined by the respective team sizes.
