This month we are putting the Women in Coaching Spotlight on Anouk Delimata. Anouk got invited to coach at Castleconnell BC, following her display of rowing finesse at the  Carrick on Shannon Sprints 3 years ago. It wasn’t long before Anouk became a permanent fixture in Castleconnell BC and Anouk is now the current coach of the Junior 15/16 boys. Anouk brings a perfect balance of hard work and fun to her coaching, valuing open communication, coach/athlete relationship and not taking yourself too seriously.
