Rowing Ireland is delighted to announce that applications are now open for the 2024 Women in Sport Leadership Programme. This is a fantastic opportunity for females working in leadership roles (or hoping to progress to a leadership role) within Rowing Ireland clubs and regions, such as committee members, officials, etc.
This program will be delivered through a series of online interactive sessions and is aimed at women who want to be or are already in leadership/club committee roles within their clubs. It will empower women to take on leadership roles within the rowing community and support the development of those already on their leadership journey. The programme is in collaboration with Golf Ireland and Hockey Ireland, which gives participants the opportunity to network with other aspiring leaders within the sports industry.
The course will run online over 5 weeks from 7 pm to 8:30 pm, with the first session starting on the 12th of September and the final session held in-person on the 13th of October.
