The PROVINCES Indoor Rowing Competition is back this Saturday, 22 November at the UL Sports Arena, University of Limerick, proudly organised by Rowing Ireland partner Rowfit.
Entries are now closed, and we look forward to a full day of racing with strong support from the stands and plenty of bragging rights on the line between rowers, clubs, and provinces. It is a great chance to see how those winter erg sessions are tracking. A perfect pre-holiday test and a strong lead into the next major event on the indoor rowing calendar:
Irish Indoor Rowing Championships 2026
IIRC 2026 will take place on Saturday, 17 January 2026, at the UL Sports Arena, UL Campus, Limerick. We return to Limerick to witness the annual gathering that is the Irish Indoor Rowing Championships, where rowers of all levels come together to test themselves against the machines.
