Rowing Ireland is currently seeking expressions of interest from enthusiastic and ambitious coaches interested in being considered for the Rowing Ireland High-Performance Coaching Scholarship to begin their high-performance coaching career.
Rowing Ireland will offer the successful coaches (Ideally one male and one female) the opportunity to work full-time alongside the HP coaching team based at the NRC for a period of up to 6 months (March through to August), with a view to developing their coaching experience and expertise in a high-level training environment. This will be a fully voluntary appointment.
Successful candidates should have a passion for rowing and coaching with a background in high-performance rowing and/or relevant coaching experience with a desire to work in high-performance sport.
