Please find attached the provisional invitations to the upcoming April trial for U19 athletes, which will take place on April 27th and 28th. Invitations are based on several factors including previous water trials and physiological results from the various erg tests.

The Commercial regatta committee, held a meeting earlier today and have regretfully taken the decision to cancel the Regatta, due to weather related health and safety concerns. The weather forecast is for high wind speed and wind gusts of up to 74 km/hr for most of the day.
Neptune Regatta committee have also met and came to the decision to cancel their event, due to the same poor weather forecast.
We regret any inconvenience caused.
Rowing Ireland’s High-Performance Director, Antonio Maurogiovanni has
announced the athletes that will represent Ireland at World Cup I.
Racing will take place from the 12th April – 14th April in Varese, Italy.

Skibbereen Rowing Club are travelling to Ghent International May Regatta on May 11th and 12th 2024. They have space available on their trailer if any clubs are looking for the opportunity to go.
